Planning note: Working back from a peak-season production lead time of about 45–55 days (about 30 days for selected existing styles, excluding international shipping), projects targeting year-end delivery should confirm specifications and samples around September–October and place final artwork orders by early November. Dated inserts must be printed before the year they are used in, so earlier confirmation leaves more margin. The actual schedule is confirmed in the quotation and project review.

What is the latest date for placing an order?
There is no single deadline that applies to every specification, but you can plan backward from a peak-season production lead time of about 45–55 days (about 30 days for selected existing styles, excluding international shipping). Binding, pages, quantity, sampling, and available capacity all affect the schedule — share your requested arrival date for a project review.
Can we order only the 2027 dated inserts?
If an existing loose-leaf cover has compatible dimensions, hole positions, and construction, replacement inserts can be evaluated. The actual specification and quantity still need to be confirmed.
Can we add company-specific pages?
Company information, meeting notes, worksheets, or other functional pages can be discussed. Design collaboration and printing methods are confirmed during quotation.
Can we review a sample?
Sample arrangements depend on material, finishing, and project requirements. When a particular cover material or logo process is specified, include sample review in the project plan.
Can smaller quantities be evaluated?
