Our sales team reviews your specifications and responds with a detailed quotation. Where relevant, we also advise on material alternatives, cost-efficient finishing options, or FSCĀ® certified stock availability.

Confirm Order and Pay Deposit

📤 You provide: signed order document + 50% deposit  →  📥 PUNDY starts: project scheduling and material preparation

Once you approve the quotation, we issue order documents for signature. A 50% deposit secures your production slot and initiates material sourcing. Accepted: T/T bank transfer or credit card.

Submit Artwork Files

📤 You provide: AI / EPS / PDF files  →  📥 PUNDY returns: layout proof and pre-production verification

Submit your finalised artwork. PUNDY's design team verifies all details before sampling begins, including:

  • Logo size, placement, and stamping / engraving effects
  • Cover design and colour accuracy (Pantone or CMYK)
  • Inner page layout, print colours, and page count
  • FSCĀ® trademark placement and wording (if applicable)
Accepted formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) / EPS / PDF. Provide files at final print size with outlined text and images at 300 dpi minimum. If you need design support, PUNDY's in-house team can assist — mention this in your enquiry.

Approve Physical Sample

A physical sample is produced and shipped to you. Mass production begins only after you provide written sign-off. Sampling fees apply and are typically credited against your full order total.

Mass Production & Quality Control

📥 PUNDY manages: production, 3-stage QC, and FSCĀ® documentation preparation

Production runs for 30–55 business days depending on order volume, materials, and finishing complexity. PUNDY's QC team conducts three-stage inspection: incoming material verification, in-process quality control, and pre-shipment final check. FSCĀ® invoice declaration is prepared during this stage for qualifying orders.

Completion

Pay Balance and Ship Worldwide

📤 You provide: 50% balance  →  📥 PUNDY provides: shipment + export docs + FSCĀ® invoice declaration

The remaining 50% balance is paid before shipment. PUNDY ships worldwide and can coordinate with your preferred freight forwarder or arrange logistics directly. Export documentation, packing lists, and FSCĀ® invoice declarations (if applicable) are provided at this stage.

Section 3 — Artwork Requirements

Accepted file formats

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) — preferred for all vector artwork, logos, and cover design
  • EPS — accepted for logo and cover artwork
  • PDF — accepted for offset printing of inner pages

All text must be converted to outlines. Embedded raster images should be at minimum 300 dpi at final print size. Provide Pantone or CMYK colour references where colour accuracy is critical.

  • Front cover, back cover, and spine artwork (at final size)
  • Inner page layout or printing files
  • Logo files with finishing instructions (foil area, deboss depth, etc.)
  • Packaging artwork (if applicable)

Can I place an order if I am a first-time buyer?

Yes. Many of our clients are placing their first OEM notebook order. We guide you through specification review, sampling, artwork preparation, and production scheduling. Our team responds to all enquiries within 2 business days.

Does PUNDY provide physical samples before mass production?

Yes, always. A physical sample is produced before mass production begins. Mass production will not start until you have reviewed and approved the sample in writing. Sampling fees apply and are typically credited against your order total.

What happens if the sample needs revisions?

We will address your feedback and produce a revised sample. Any additional cost or timeline impact will be discussed with you before proceeding. Our goal is a sample you are fully satisfied with before committing to mass production.

Can I order FSC-certified custom notebooks?

The main factors are: order volume, material availability (specialty cover materials, custom paper stock, or multiple finishing steps may require additional time), finishing complexity (multiple stamping / UV steps add time), FSCĀ® stock sourcing, and artwork readiness. Approving artwork and samples promptly is the most effective way to keep production on schedule.

Can PUNDY arrange freight and export documentation?

Yes. PUNDY can coordinate with your preferred freight forwarder or arrange shipping directly. We prepare all standard export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and FSCĀ® invoice declarations for qualifying orders.
